We all like to see our horses shorten after our investments
Means nowt if the run doesn’t support the price change

Tbf I did put up dolcita too. They were both 33s.

I have preference for lamarckise. And before anyone asks. And iv heard a few rumours. I asked the owner breeders last week (who are still in very close contact) and they told me she was completely fine and in work. They also sent me some pictures etc..
But they all still have to make it there.

I had a one point free bet on Lamarckise when you first made her case at 33s so cheers for that. A good find. Hopefully she makes it to the track as we all know that’s the hardest bit when you’ve got a nice price antepost (Le Richebourg and Cilaos Emery in the Arkle last year being the painfully obvious two for pretty much all of us on this forum)

I dont think big bad and beautiful runs. Pretty sure shes staying in bumpers and targeting the flat.

I did put a few free bets on recently on her but I vaguely remember actually that she was out until the new year I believe. Nothing too serious but just a small knock.

How do you even go about contacting Sagara?

Twitter PM. They've replied every time to me.

As I saw a rumour and checked.

I’m sure I recall after her last race they said they would be targeting a Mares Novice Hurdle race at the Dublin Racing Festival.

Pretty sure it was a bumper.

I was a bit nervous that she mightn't be fit enough but she's a good mare. In fairness to Jamie [Codd], he told me after Clonmel that she was very good. He said I wouldn't have a better one than her in the yard. I wouldn't want to question him but she doesn't show a lot at home. I'd say we might keep her to bumpers and she could go back to run on the Flat. The mare Lisa [O'Neill] rode ran very well to finish fourth and came home strongly - Gordon Elliott, trainer of Bigbadandbeautiful and Ard Abhainn

It was the bumper they meant for sure.
Although Elliott had said prior to her last run on his stable tour for ATR, that they would go novice hurdling after the Navan race.

I wouldn't say she's a definite non runner in this race, although at this stage (based on his last post race comments) it looks like Dublin then Punchestown in bumpers I reckon.

He might give her a spin over hurdles if her form continues to stack up.
                              WE'll see.
I've backed her but will wait till Dublin and see what happens there.

                              • "She’s an exciting mare. She doesn’t show anything at home, but has been impressive on the track, especially at Gowran Park last time. The plan is to go for the Listed mares’ bumper at Navan on November 24th and then go novice hurdling after that"

depends what pops into his mind next time I suppose.
