Just plopped another 2 PTS on Shewearsitwell @ 8/1. Watched all her races back last night and she gets better and better. She is a brute of Mare and looks as hard as nails. If she does take on and beat the boys in the Royal Bond she'll go very short for this. I know we are waiting for Mullins to unleash another Mare to continue his winning run in the race but perhaps he already has.

This race is starting to do my head in too many unknowns I get a little carried away some years with this race and the triumph trying to be disciplined and stick to known horses and targets the big races where you can be guaranteed they are going to run! Rant over

I could be wrong but you seem to dive into a few single figured priced horses, which so far out can't pay can it ?
I was looking back at last season festival and most of the single figure priced winners were in handicaps so not quoted 6+ months out, bar Al Boum Photo I can't think of any winner who would have been single figures at this stage, possibly Concertista...

Just for clarity Lobos this is genuine question with no malice intended whatsoever, I just read my post back and realised it could be interpreted this way, this is certainly not the case.
I'm actually hoping your approach proves me wrong so I can re-visit my strategy...

WPM doesn't tend to bring the really good ones out till later in the season. Aside from all the things that could go wrong between Oct-Mar, you then have some very promising 'could be anything' (GI)types towards the top of the market, plus the horses we don't know about yet. All of that would put me off single figures at this stage
