Is Daylight Katie fit and well?

Not heard a thing, but i don't know of loads of races she could've run in to boost her page, bar vs geldings. Possible she could've hurt herself at DR though.,

Odd isn't it. Tried finding something before posting but not a peep. She was trading blows with Minella Melody last season on the flat and chased home Gypsy Island impressively, so I still think @ 10/1 she is value NRNB

I’m of the opposite view. I thought she ran a race full of promise. She got squeezed between two horses after jumping the last and lost momentum. She picked up again after that. In a truly run race and an uphill finish, she’ll be seen in a better light. A big run against more experienced mares is a big plus for me.

You might be right stormy . I had another look and mares rated around 140 go close in this race. Maybe i expected too much from a novice but i was disappointed when i saw lady buttons cantering all over floressa

Floressa got upset between them 2 horses she was up there with them all, without the clash shed of at least picked off irish roe

I asked RacingBlogger who visited GE yard couple of weeks ago and he said no mention of her? GE quotes after her run at Down Royal in Nov was that she got a bit of a fright and came to a standstill, Thankfully she is ok, she’ll go for all those mares races now
