Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Laurina cut by PP/Betfair today for the Arkle, what I expected to happen the other day, but better late than never.

Someone probably embarrassed them that they had Al dancer the same price.

      • Good trading position for Al Dancer with any with Arkle 365 CashOut positions as JackieMoon said, which makes it a free hit at a Graded race next timeout for you, and still a full cashout price.
If it wins you can carry on holding the bet, if it loses and looks less than Grade 1 potential you can cashout. Great position to have.

As I said the other day Nicholls was very clear he had left trump plenty to work on. Happy enough with that fiddled a few but looked bang there turning for home

          • Unsurprisingly the great trainer taking only positives out of that run "Thrilled with his run , travelled well , jumped well as we thought needed run and as last season will improve from run to run . Lots to look forward too ."

I don't particularly like the horse but 33/1 is a massive overreaction. Jumped really well, cruised upsides and blew up.

Had a little each way at 33/1.

Ummmmmm a little premature maybe ??? GT will do for me. Well happy with today. Jumped great, travelled well and Looked the winner turning in and just let to come home in own time. PN horses always need a run. Will sluice up next time and go to favouritism.

                • Just watched the race back Getaway Trump jumped well then made 2 mistakes at a bad time and definitely blew up after the last 33s is an overreaction in my eyes and I might have a little bit on. Al Dancer jumped a little sketchier for me but still won well 14s though a bit short now. Agree with others that I was expecting a bit more from both and neither look stars for the season.

                    • Basically, if you've backed either for next March you wouldn't cash out. If you hadn't backed them previously, you wouldn't be rushing to back them now either.
