We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Not surprised about the prices because on form he needs to find the best part of ten lengths. You could argue there should be a greater disparity. He was also a big disappointment when well supported at last year's Festival.
A 4 year old finishing 4th in a Supreme is not a big disappointment at all, IMO! It was a cracking run, and if Sir Erec (RIP) was not the number 1 in the Triumph for connections he'd have been going there against his own age group with a fantastic chance.
He has lengths to find up, though different tactics may surely see him be able to produce a better display?

Was gonna say basically exactly the same. Nice to be on the same side as you COD

Given his market position and the fact he was basically outpaced before plugging on he was disappointing. At no stage did he look like winning. Is he even quick enough to execute different tactics? If he really had a gear they wouldn't be considering the longer race.
On the face of it you'd have to have Notebook ahead of Fakir Doudaries but I'm hearing plenty of positive noises on the latter, may be he's showing plenty of improvement at home...
I did see that mate, also Charlie’s comment below about it being Joseph’s biggest chance of a winner.
Pretty bold statement with what he has to make up imo, 7lbs a fair bit weight to be receiving. He does have course form I suppose as the 4th in the supreme is a decent effort for a 4 yo.
Imo Cash Back is the best bet at the prices, only half a length to make up with notebook and if any antics from him could be a cracking outcome for cash back backers
On the other hand as has been said notebook played up and still won. Cheltenham may be a different kettle though to play up and win at.
Yeah, as CoD has said he is a young horse and they all mature at different rates, have to assume he's improve plenty at home judging by the noise.
It wasn't that many years ago 5yo would get 8lb in this race but a spate of French bred 5yo's won the race in a short period of time and the allowance was removed...

I think Cash Back is just as likely to play up as Notebook is, did you see Ruby's bit for Racing TV (I think) that archie put a link up to?
Cash Back standing on his own, because he's a nut job!

I saw that film but the bit that struck me was the guy smoking while exercising the horses. Seemed a bit archaic. I wouldn't have thought it does horses much good.

Any news on Fanion Destruval? Is it gunna turn up? Going through my book just noticed I've quite a bit invested on it! Not as big a winner as a few of the top of the market but 1 that might be a forgotten horse for me!

Was he that big of a disappointment finished 4th in the Supreme as a 4 year old beat 11L staying on 4th after getting out paced, then 2nd in 4 year old G1s at Aintree & Punchestown.
Personally think this is between Notebook & Fakir. Better the ground the more likely Notebook wins and the worse the more like Fakir out stays him IMO.

What you ruling Cash Back out on though Folski?
Hard to rule out if you fancy one and not the other with 0.5L between them?
