Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

“He’s come out of the race well,” said Cromwell.

“We were delighted with the run. It was a good solid performance.

“He stayed on really well – so please God, we’ll go forward. He’s in the Champion Hurdle, and if all remains well he can hopefully go there.”

20/1 NRNB skybet is the best to do just incase. If it doesn't run which I'd be surprised about then at least your not losing anything.
Got myself in 3 conversations at once here

Okay thanks, hadn't seen it was the target.

My gut tells me he'll be a similar price on the day to be honest.... it's going to be a big field relative to most years.

Ultimately, he's come up "just" short in the only two good races he's been in, they can't clip him too much can they?

      So 8/1, perhaps?

I agree with what you're saying...

I reckon double figures now I'd probably chance him. Probably.
I don't think I'd want to, but I reckon I could talk myself into it.
      With Pentland being owners group.
And a very small percentage of money has been staked in comparison to after declarations and the day of the race.
I don't know the figures but it must be less than 2%.

It's possibly fair to expect that a liability has built up on this horse more than any other in this race, especially after previous favourites have fallen into the bookies back pockets.
Whilst the shareholders will back again on the day, this may not be as significant and we may see his true chances reflected in his price.
And on the two races he has ran in this year he should be double figures at least.

Logic says 10-1 should be available on the morning of the race.
Definitely if something of interest is supplemented.

I was thinking the same Q and would expect to get bigger on the day. No real reason to shorten him any further unless a few more drop out!

          Nice to see Elgin there

Realistically he definitely needs to be in the top 2 to keep the dream even remotely alive

          • As it was my idea.

Stormy Ireland 37-1 1pt WH added, champion hurdle.
Would not be that price I don't think, so worth the risk in case they do supplement.
Would be bad news for the BDD supplement unless they don't mind pissing Sullivan off.
Cos you'd be a bit annoyed if they then supplemented the other one as well.
There must be some discussions going on at the minute.

It does look that at least one of the Mullins mares will be supplemented. And Melon can do what he wants too.

            • I couldn’t back Pentland Hills at 5/1 with counterfeit.

Epatante At Cheltenham gives me bad memories and I think she’s to be taken on. If Benie and Honeysuckle go elsewhere, I’d actually be topping up on my 0.5 point bet from ages ago at 89.0 on Petit Mouchoir. Simply because I believe the Irish form is ahead and he’s consistently been in and amongst it on all three starts. Placed in the race before, Petit Mouchoir is perhaps the best priced runner on all known actual form at 25/1 NRNB. What’s not to like? Each way.. I’ve just convinced myself

Cor, I really like this 'Q'.

Going to have to jump on board. She'd have a cracking shout I think.

                        Cool head Q , thanks

Attempting to keep “ ice in veins” when at the same time I have the concern that some trainer/ owner is going to ram a red hot poker up my arse , which makes the thought of my op seem of little consequence

Iv tried since that race to get get added to the exchange. But they wont add

I think 33s is too short myself without NRNB. What would she be NRNB.? 20/1 surely
