Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Looks like a heatwave to me, and a lit of light rain on the day.
The weather is different in Lobos land

tis soft at the minute to be fair, but 2 dry days forecast and temperatures good with sunny spells. So I reckon they'll definitely be some good to soft on the morning, so depends on the rain that's forecast on the day and how much and when they get it.
Think Lobos may be right though and if Nicky could pull her out for some reason so one of his darlings wins then he will.

Just stating what clerk of course said. Could be lots of rain boxing day and expecting heavy ground Friday

          Wash your mouth out!

Don't forget that the mare has a heavyweight new owner who won't be p*ssed around.

I live a 5-10min walk from the course. As you all know, you can usually rely on it to be GS, whatever. However the ground does feel softer about underfoot than usual. Who knows, the course could be very different, but compared to past years I think it’ll go off soft.

Still think it’ll be “Kempton soft” not “Chepstow soft” and FR will bolt up.

            • Good news for Saldier backers - Joe Chamber’s update today:

              SALDIER

He’s been back riding out now for a couple of weeks now and we are pointing him towards the Dublin Racing Festival.

              Merry Christmas All!

Saldier has won after breaks of 371 days, 285 days, 103 days and was head to head with Espoir D’allen when falling (after a 196 day break). I wouldn’t be worried if he didn’t show up until March, give him as long as he needs to firing on all cylinders first time out.

                      • Great news to hear, just want the horse fully fit to show us all what he can do.

Clearly has a lot of natural ability, also wouldn’t be concerned if we seen him before cheltenham, may get a better price closer to the festival if we don’t see him and others are winning.

                        • Good news about Saldier. What do people think about the 16/1 about Fusil Raffles to win Christmas Hurdle and Champ Hurdle. I've taken it which gives me Klassical Dream, Saldier, Sharjah and Fusil Raffles for the CH (obvs if Fusil Raffles wins Boxing Day). Enough coverage for me.

Absolutely. He is deffo the one to beat if fit. Still nice odds to take if anyone has yet to dive in.
