  • Eldorado Allen now 152 (+7). That’s going to be tough for the Betfair handicap if they do go that route.

      Unlikely to run off that.

I cant see him landing a blow in the Champion Hurdle but fair play to the horse, hes some constitution running nearly every month either on the flat or over hurdles since May 2017 some achievement.

Just backed these two for much smaller stakes on the exchange:
            - Petit Mouchoir 89.0
            - Getaway Trump 460.0

Any thoughts or have I officially gone mad?
Petit Mouchoir is a decent e/w bet at high odds imo, as let's be honest, no one knows whats going to happen in this race. None seem to stands out. I think there's value in this race as well as the Marsh/jlt.

I'd like to see petit mouchoir v silver streak pre chelt. And how that would fare.

I think petit mouchoir is probably running to the mid 150s. But it's hard to tell in all honesty how the 2 form lines compare definitively.

              • Now I think 89.0 is value for Petit Mouchoir even though I doubt he'll win. But just to let members know, until recently he was popping up regularly in the 200s if anyone is interested in backing I'd monitor this

                • Another one regularly at a huge price is Chtibello. Yeah very doubtful to win but with previous festival form, could have won the International if he hadn't belted the last, and 409/1 is 409/1

I'd side with PM in that battle. I think he's running as well as he ever has tbh.

I’m more than happy with 89.0 tbh even if he eventually doesn’t run.

As COD says, I think he’s running lose to or above his previous best and he’s a previous champion Hurdle 3rd.

I did look at him (think he was 480.0 yesterday) but expect he will be in a handicap again after last years success.

Yes exactly, I really like the horse. Could be there or thereabouts, hope he springs a surprise for you

Mark a bit high? Could explain why he was never put into the race lto.

I believe hes had his wind done, and since that, it has improved him

                              • I’ve taken a small chance on cornerstone lad for this at 33/1. He beat bvd lto (bvd possible excuses with the splinter in the finish), was a pretty good front running ride.

Entered at haydock for the ch trial which will more than likely be soft which he seems to relish. If he comes out on top in the race he could become a serious contender, especially if taking the scalp if Henderson enters fusil or pentland.
