Hello Fat Jockeys,
Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum
We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Can't see the plus in going Champion Hurdle with Honeysuckle. She had the run of the race and fell over the line. Race position and class got her home. That form doesn't get her placed in a Champion Hurdle, even a poor one.
Realistically, she only has the one to beat in the Mares and that's if it turns up. I can see why those who have supported Benie Des Deux might want to see Honeysuckle go elsewhere. Personally, I would just like to see a competitive race. I suspect Honeysuckle is several pounds better than Roksana and Benie Des Deux will need to improve on last year to beat her.
Honeysuckle is young enough for them to consider the Champion Hurdle next year but for me she is better suited to a longer trip.

Barring the last jump yesterday I think she was going on to win by about 3-4 lengths. If she fell over the line because she was tired, for me, she wouldn’t have battled back when being headed.
I think the last jump checked her momentum and then she had to pick up again....
I think they’d be mad not to have a go this year, given how weak the renewal is and she’s in good form. There’s more chance of the champion hurdle being a better renewal next year then you have of the mares race.
I personally think it’s all dependent on if BDD shows up in mares race..

Personally I think it would be a sign of madness to win one, and then not run in the other. With the same applying to winning the Irish Gold Cup, or the Irish Arkle."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

Are they really going to run 3 in this (Sharjah & Saldier) when he's basically for a penalty kick in the mares.
I'd be amazed if they did.
