Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

I thnk the target may possibly be the Irish National at Fairyhouse rather than Aintree.

....The Worlds End might be worth a consideration given it was highlighted in the Foxhunter thread. Still 16-1, the target is clear although it has still to qualify.

Many are keen on Run Wild Fred for the Kim Muir, but School Boy Hours has finished ahead of him twice now this season, albeit one of them runs it looks as though RWF didn't run his race. SBH is also somehow rated 1lb lower than RWF currently, which makes little sense given the runs to date, despite RWF's last performance looking much improved.

SBH has always looked like needing a trip, and his breeding backs that up too.

He's 33's or 14's NRMB for the race.
Is he ok as I noticed he wasn’t even entered for the NHC

We’re gonna go with a Handicap Yankee for this month I think. But if we can’t find a fourth for the handicaps, TWE can definitely be a candidate for this as a backup.

Think we should challenge ourselves to always have some sort of form or other link on these....maybe couple different ones

Maybe - GDM (Bally) and Holymacapony (AB) form link , or Stattler (stable /owner link)

I also like Melon (Ry) and ABP (GC) ....so poss owner foursome

Would assume so? No reason that I know of. Maybe they just didn't want him in the NH Chase.

If anyone has heard anything it would be handy to know though

As pointed out in the specific thread, the Novice Handicap Chase at Cheltenham this weekend will be one to keep an eye on for this month's handicap yankee. I know Native River has picked a few of interest out and two that stand out for me at this stage are Espoir De Romay (form behind Royal Pagaille) and Umbrigado - who finished ahead of him in the Martin Pipe last year and has some decent placed form off a few lbs higher over hurdles.

I assume they'll all be going for the Plate now that they've ruined my festival and got rid of the novice handicap

Somewhere in the back of my mind is the thought that Pipe had a decent record in the Plate in the past (although that could be applied to quite a few races during the year without any current relevance...)

Sadly for you, I think it's Column of P*sstake.

                        Now, Morosini in the Pertemps....

Gordon is very much an apprentice to Frank Berry's sorcerer.

The Bosses Oscar for me. Think he still has a good few lbs in hand of his rating.

He looks a typical graded performer going for a handicap, Elliott shithousery at its finest
