I think he's blown his mark for the other race Beast so guess this is the likeliest option now.

What does everyone make of the potential pace burn up? If all three go off like the clappers, I could see something picking up the pieces. Just not sure what that something is!
you saw it run today, doing exactly the same.

That's what I thought but missed the price. There must be another floating under the radar.

12-16's is still excellent value for a winner of this race, especially in a staying on fashion.
The triumph is won by a staying on type more often than not.

Agreed that it's usually won by staying types but he's not going to be much shorter on the day though, is he?

                  Not sure to be fair.
                  Something else could pop up.
But we could also lose one or two from the top too.

I'm aboard now, think he is the value in the current market. I aim to add him further, his rating will be much too high for the Fred Winter now surely.

In theory (sort of), every Allmankind race should be a burn-up, but he seems comfortable going off like the clappers, and being keen throughout his races doesn't stop him the way it does other horses. I can only assume he is not more popular because of the way he races from the front, and people are asking the same question as you FM, which is fair enough. I think its impossible to race as keenly as he did at Chepstow and then finish as strongly as that without being a weapon. For those that haven't taken a position I think 5/1 is more than fair. Yes, the price is short, but its short for all the right reasons and he has answered more questions than any of his other market rivals, and by that I mean Goshen. No idea how he will fair left handed and no idea how he will handle Cheltenham. Those two points on their own are enough to put me off and his jumping is the cherry on the cake. I wouldn't back him at double his current price and I am astonished he is fighting for race favouritism. The Irish challenge doesn't look particularly strong and unless there is something tucked away somewhere that we don't know about, I think Allmankind is an obvious bet. Get on the Allmankind bandwagon FM, the waters warm as is the form.

                        • Going to keep my eye on the jp runner at Ludlow on Wednesday Gelboe De Chanay. I’ve requested a price and see how it goes. Just looking for something else to pop it’s head up

                          • I’ve just watched it back and Wave of the Sea travelled through the race nicely, gradually picking them off, but then it looked to me as they came over the last that his effort was kind of flattening out and the other 2 were going to battle out the finish. Then AT fell and Cerberus was left out on his own and just completely pulled up in front... if you watch Wolf Prince you’ll see he was catching Cerberus just as quickly as the winner. I’d be a bit concerned that Wave’s finishing effort looked more glamorous than it actually was.

                            • I did not know what to make of todays race, to many rivals previously comprehensively beaten by AT were to handy on the run to the last, either they have all improved or AT did not run his race or todays going was a factor.I have not reacted*to the result yet as this race can throw up some funny results occasionally.A couple of years back Ivanivich Gorbatov was beaten into 4th by 7l and was backed like a good thing on the day at Cheltenham.
The following is my position atm until I decide otherwise.
Free bet Allmankind 20s 0.5 pt.
                              Free bet Allmankind 20s 0.5pt,
Free bet Aspire Tower 10s 1pt.
Wave of the Sea 33s.....4 pts unable to cash out.
Cerberus 16s................10pts unable to cash out.
Aspire Tower 20s ..........16pts with a double my money cash out option.
I will let the dust settle and see what comes of todays result.

                              • So yesterday i was really considering backing Aspire for Triumph, i get the feeling this can still be a Ivanovich and Conor moment again.

However i thought i would watch the race today as i thought he couldnt shortedn anymore than 4/1 into 7/2.

However i think im really glad he fell, i am very keen now on the 9s. Maybe even more in a few days. I wonder when we get some trainer and jockey comments afterwards....?
