          • Apologies if I've missed any posts in here but has anyone heard of any Plan B for Goshen after Huntingdon's abandonment...

Originally they said the Cheltenham Trials Day, so that’s a possibility.

                • Having watched some of Goshen's runs back, bloody hell that jumping! MOM has said it before, but i don't really follow the juveniles early doors. You'd be brave to fancy him at Cheltenham

There was huge improvement towards the end of his flat campaign and you couldn’t fail to be impressed with his Sandown performance.
Some horses mature later than others, 3 to 4 can be bigger than 2 to 3 in some and although the Triumph is not a race you can ever have huge confidence in ones chances, for me there is untapped ability...

                      • Surprised Allmankind isn’t shorter. 3/3, Cheltenham experience, solid form, grade 1 winner, brilliant jumper, huge engine and not ground dependent. Most the field don’t tick half those boxes let alone all of them. 7/1 seems more than fair IMO

Its unlikely we've seen half the field.

Thre might be, but the jumping wildly to his right would worry me for a left handed track in a top juvenile race

I hope he travels over for the DRF and we can sort it out without waiting for Cheltenham.

                              • I expect you can count the number of travellers from the UK for the DRF on the fingers of one foot.
