Just checked oddschecker and Paddy have them priced up in individual markets at 195/1 the treble, Unibet 191/1 the treble (obviously ew also possible with these)
FWIW my negatives:
APT - same as all above. Expect it will be won by RP or Bristol.
Allaho - why would they go from trying 2m last year to going for a 3m KG. Suspect the John Durkan and Ryanair will be two key races for him this year
Minella - so many possible opponents and very few horses win it back to back
Another negative there. I would say its between Royale Pagaile and Bristol atm as they love it there
BDM at 10 and after a lot of hard races would you’d think be regressing soon? RP has beaten Potters Legend and Espoir De Romay - he will need to improve a whole heap to even challenge in a Betfair Chase.

I thought that last year pre race about Bristol and lost out. This is his gold cup. The one race all season they focus on winning most so I don’t see why he wouldn’t have a huge chance. And I think they will do the same with RP as he’s not good enough for the other major races. They both love it there and history says that is a good factor for this race
Also noticed this am - not enough juice in the odds for me, but another one that I didn't think was terrible as (if they both make it), they are likely to go off single figures - assuming TSL goes for a handicap:
Flooring Porter (Stayers) and Three Stripe Life (Any) 125/1
A Plus Tard (Betfair Chase), Allaho (King George), Minella Indo (Gold Cup) 175/1
It's a tempter at a reasonable price by this year's comparisons, but I know a few of you think the King George could/should be Asterion's target this Xmas
Thanks for highlighting, managed to get the free bet on now looks like they’ve taken it down, perhaps reviewing all NH ante post RABs since the Monkfish news…
The bet is back on Sky now at 150/1. I'm still not backing due to my current staking situation, but that is now better than Paddy Power were last night post Monkfish news - I calculated them as 138/1. I'm very worried I'm starting some form of value argument here though, which I believe was supposed to be in a different thread

Sky seem to be re-setting this daily, I’m restricted to fivers on these but have managed to play 3 times now and price is holding.
Thanks again for highlighting…

Looks good, but it really terrible and superb work from slybet. The Irish seldom come over for two of the races in question - APT is hardly gonna want bottomless ground at Haydock nor is HDB likely to give him that test. Allaho doesn't want 3m (I don't care how flat it is), and how many horses win back to back Gold Cups? Rubbish bet IMO

I wouldn't necessarily disagree with you on any of this (except that I believe APT will come over regardless of ground, he would probably just be looked after in the event it was terrible), which is why I haven't pulled the trigger on it yet, but glad others who think differently to us found me putting it up useful. Game of opinions after all!

I read my post back and realise I sound like a miserable horrible bastard! It's not rubbish nor is it terrible, just not for me is all. If it comes off you will have such a satisfying 'I told you so post'
I nearly pulled the trigger on it myself but yeah, APT is terrible first time out and we all know that The Betfair chase at haydock is a specialised track specially if it comes up heavy
I do like Allaho for the KG, but big questions on whether he comes over. Still want a horse for this that has race at kempton before
no comment on the Gold Cup, my form is terrible but back to back wins is difficult - not impossible though

I prefer the term 'forthright in his views' than miserable, horrible bastard haha. Everything was respectful as it seems to be with everyone around here so I'm all good with blunt and forthright comebacks. It's not my style to say I told you so, so don't worry about that either!

hmmmmmm….
As I say, I only brought it up because the odds were so good relative to the actual available odds. The nice thing about it is you could throw a free bet at it if you have one and wanted to. As I said in one of my original posts, the key reason I'm not covering it is because of my staking plan. It's a proper tempting price though and I'd argue sky haven't given too many of those over the last few months
