"Streets Of Doyen is in good form and has done well for a bit of a break," McConnell said on Tuesday. "He is in the Albert Bartlett at Cheltenham, which is obviously over three miles and the race at Naas is two miles but we think he can still run well. I didn't want to run him over that sort of distance at this stage so I have no problem with dropping him back down in trip.
"It will be very much a stepping stone for him to Cheltenham but with the ground being as testing as it is it will ride like a longer race and I would hope he will give a good account of himself this weekend which will leave him right for Cheltenham next month."

Has anyone picked up on any comments from
Jessie re Ashdale Bob ?
He was found to have mucus in his throat after his Leopardstown run so what appeared a poor run can be forgiven, he looks massively overpriced if fit and there’s any sort of confirmation he runs here.
I’ve got some on already but might find it hard to resist the 25/1 NRNB...

beat a 122 rated 8 year old returning from a year off.
I actually thought he could be well handicapped but his last 2 runs look to have shown him to be a bit low rated for the Martin pipe
which although bucks is clearly better and might improve more still. Gives him plenty to do IMO

Still no confirmation from connections regarding Farouk’s participation here. The exchanges don’t read too well but this market is probably the least fluid of all. Hopefully get an ATR or Racing UK stable tour early next week!
