The Duffle Coat odds could go as it's low risk and a 'working mans price'..... Bob O might go because bookies pretend they're taking money and it gets them more bets at shorter prices?

    Win-win for them I suppose.
He already has, in by half a point with a few bookmakers tonight.

The bookmakers take note, even if we don't.

If he did that was a fair bet but christ his antepost bets are shocking most of the time , couldn't see anyone following him with much
Yes, he got the value on that one dead right, and he put it up at 25/1 but the price went very fast

He is forgiven so 9 winners with PP now is 13/8...

Other than that i do think he is fairly useless.

        • Uhtred is entered on Sunday. Could be an interesting runner in this if he comes here rather than the supreme. I’ve covered him for both NRMB. Showed promise winning the listed bumper but hasn’t been seen since. Could Sunday be a pipe opener before coming to Cheltenham?

Yeah could well be a lively one.

25/1 best price NRMB, the only 'issue' I have, is if he does run and it's only a pipe opener, he might be a big price on the day...and Joseph has no problem running horses at big prices in Grade 1's... sometimes to good effect of course.

So whilst he might run well and shorten, he also might run poorly and lengthen, and still run?

            • That’s the fun of backing ante post. If he runs badly and he lengthens could be a free bet option or a prime candidate for the skybet moneyback offer. If they do it again

              • Gentleman de Mee seems to be targeted here with more improvement to come.

                  • I think they'll wait to see what the handicap mark is before making a decision but looked to have some in hand. Some fiddly jumps and some decent hurdling at others.

                      Similar with Capodanno too.

                      • Willie less definitive (as always) in RTV afterwards. I think Frank will have plenty of sway regarding his target, but with a low 130s Irish mark he will have the handicaps at his mercy.

                        • Willie has just said Malcolm Dennis likes a festival runner, after Jungle Boogies easy win today.

Lacks experience and he did say he might not cope with the occassion, but he's 50/1 NRNB here so I'll chance that now.

never liked it in the first place

To be fair, he did win very easily.... but I don't think he's got that many supporters compared to the others in the race on here.

I could be wrong of course.

                                9/2 laughable
