I don't think it's an official agreement between Power and Robcour - but I could be wrong.

The top 3 in the market here, were beaten first time out over 2m....
I did the research on this and it's VERY RARE they actually go on to win.
Is this a market where we need to be looking at horses not in the mix yet?
I know Bob Olinger is a forum horse, but let's put that aside..... are the front 3 really that unbeatable?

Might be worth looking for bigger priced horses though, I can see the logic.

Boothill and Cape Gentleman are two I've wanted to see again, especially the former. I thought he looked to have a massive engine, and I'm not overly taken by any of the front three. I'd definitely be more willing to forgive BO losing to FH than the others losing on debut, I doubt too many of the horses in that particular trend went up against the Supreme fav over 2m and pushed him all the way to the line!

Bob olinger reminds me a bit of battleoverdoyen
Still looks like a big baby and is definitely one for next season
I'm on him and think he's the likeliest winner but it wouldn't surprise me at all if he wasn't streetwise enough to win
Gaillard du mesnil has beaten absolutely nothing and got walloped by holymacapony so hes far from bombproof and imo should be a much bigger price (16/1-18/1)
Bravesmansgame you know full well Nicholls is thinking of next year and chasing and the British horses don't look a vintage bunch
They are definitely beatable
If he was switched back here from the supreme appreciate it would be a confident selection

On the trends front it's only fair to add that the Ballymore has been just about the strongest festival race for the market leaders.
Irascible and My Drogo are two that could still come to the fore if aimed at the race. I think Irascible could be a live one in the Supreme too.
