I phoned them and the guy went to query the reason why no cash out and the answer he gave "Cash out only on the day of the event" just relaying the answer I was given, he never mentioned a tempory closure until entries.

It's normal practice that markets and cash outs are suspended whilst entries are coming out.
I googled and tried BHA and Jockey Club early this morning to see if the entries would be released soon and found nothing but you seem to be on the money and sorry for any panic or confusion caused.

The entries are out now and the markets should gradually open up again throughout the day.
Betfair have just put the supreme market back up.

SUPREME

Hopefully, the last named overcomes inexperience at the weekend. It will be hard to resist a crack if he does.
.....
No injuries so far. Fingers crossed.

I doubt he will feature at the Festival but a horse to keep an eye on is the David Pipe horse Main Fact who once again romped home at Ffos Las today. He completed his hat trick effortlessly and there is still definite improvement to come. I’ve not noticed him feature in any festival markets yet and he may be too old too soon to compete but definitely a horse keeping an eye out for in a future handicap hurdle races.

I like the Friday to be a "anything is a bonus day"
If I'm not ahead by the end of the Thursday then I'll be weeping

Rayapour was suspended around the time of rumours and now Abacadabra's remains suspended for no reason at all.
