You’d imagine so. You have ?20 to divide up for each Gameweek though so would have to put ?1.11 on each underdog..

Believe me, these comps are the original pinstickers festival. I won the last Cheltenham comp by picking 6 losers and napping a 12/1 winner. Pure luck.. or was it...?

Decided to make Kev the market leader here as many maybe expected for someone with a whopping 19,713 posts and a cult following on the forum. I would’ve definitely had Ista shorter than 4s if he hadn’t already pointed out that he’s going to be strapped for time and feels that he will only be making up the numbers. If on form, Ista would certainly be shorter than 4/1. Anyhow, Kev is at 11/4 and he will probably feel that, despite it being a tough draw on paper, he will want to go far in this comp and will be baying for blood straight from the off. I can already imagine him spending the Christmas period with his head in the form book for that opening weekend at Cheltneham and Sandown. Nortonscoin200 is a very worthy challenger and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him go through. Green Goddess is the third most inexperienced poster in the entire competition so is hard to price up with any conviction. Could they be a superstar in the making? We shall see..

            Gameweek 1 Heats:

            Green Goddess v Istabraq

            OscarWhisky v Nortonscoin200

            Kevloaf v Native River
            Lucky you spelt 'Cult' right

The markets open at 8:01 until New Years Eve.

In that time you can bet on Gameweeks 1 & 2, the group outcomes and the outright betting market.

?20 for each of week 1 and 2. Minimum of 2 per week.
?10 for the group outcomes combined.
?10 for the outright. Each way 1/5 odds first 4.

This is the group of death! What an awful draw for those in Group F. Previous competition winner Archie heads the betting with excellent posters Charlie and Lobos also in the group. The betting suggests it’s a three horse race which is very harsh on OTL, JTH and Penzance who all would be shorter in the market in any other group. They’ve simply had some bad luck. However, good tipping and they’ll show those odds to be a nonsense. With only two qualifying per group, it looks a really tough group to be in and whoever goes through will be deservingly high in the outright market. At least one of the big guns in the outright betting will be going home here as the first casualty of the competition gets taken by the dreaded group of death.

                  Gameweek 1 Heats:

                  Charlie v Lobos

                  Jonthehammer v OverTheLast

                  Archie v Penzance

Yep, and we have a winning record over the years against the Hammers. Realistically, if Moyes takes it seriously, we have little chance but we were eliminated in the qualifiers and are still in at the 3rd round stage so maybe it's in the stars.
