talking theoretically about the boddles if quixilious is entered...where there is no formal limit on weight what is most a handicapper can do? if one hirsenis so far ahead on ratings does it compress weights for everyone else
I realise this might be Gordon feint but wondered what options were available to a handicapper

Any horses falling outside of the bottom weight will have to carry extra poundage.
For example if Quilixios is top weight on 144, the lowest rating 'in the handicap' will be horses rated 120.
