We know he has the engine because of the Albert Bartlett.

That really was a wonderful debut!

    It's coming...... blown away!

    That was absolutely brilliant.
Even with OntheRopes looking like he was trying to sneak out wide unnoticed and run a finish he still went away on the snaff. Very impressive first up that.

      Looks quite likely

        • I didn’t know he was such a big horse - he looked like he just stepped over his fences.

          that’s your RSA winner folks!

            • As impressive as I thought he’d be

i think his jumping looked particularly good as he was alongside Diol Ker who jumps like a tortoise but hard not to be pleased.

Thought OTR was coming up alongside him and put it to bed very quickly

Yeh, he made those fences look small.

Calm down! It's a beginners chase over 2m5f vs nothing like what he'll face in March.

Neither did I until I saw a photo of him and latest exhibition from the Albert Bartlett

                    he absolutely dwarfed him

Agreed charlie. I fancy him a lot, but today was first tick done - he can jump, and beat a decent field comfortably. Happy with the position. On to the next one.

                          It's easy to get excited

we already know he has the engine
we know now he can jump
thyme hill hugely franked his form yesterday
hes a huge unexposed horse with significant scope for improvement

That seems like the kind of bet people would have made blindly?

I'm surprised I'm not on that

                            • That was so much better than I was expecting by Monkfish, that was very impressive. Really wished I’d lumped on him now at 8/1. Envoi will be avoiding Monkfish in the RSA after that performance!!
