Perhaps - if Shishkin goes Arkle. Hendo sounds like he may give the Champion a go.

I'd say the Arkle is by far the most likely, but you'd obviously want to hear NH say as much. I couldn't believe he hadn't schooled him over fences yet (if that's true) and that the Champion Hurdle was even mentioned

        • Just have to trust the good man he’s had some of the best he knows what he is doing just have to remember right after the supreme nico saying he couldn’t wait to see what he did over fences il be shocked if he doesn’t land up in the arkle!

          • I'd be shocked if he didnt run in the Arkle

Even more so if he stayed over hurdles

95% certain he'll be in the arkle, that would help you, nor will it help me given I'm also fairly deep with a single AP bet on him

Will his jumping be slick enough for the Arkle?

I'd have thought the slightly slower pace over a longer trip might help his fencing.

And he certainly wasn't stopping at the end of today's race.
You may be right but Cheltenham is a whole lot different to Punchestown.

                I don't think you'll be disappointed.

                    • Any thoughts on Cobblers Way for RSA/NHC ? If we forgive his Fez run where he was impeded numerous times, his form is up there with the best of them. Seconds behind Andy Dufrence and Latest Exhibition and a win at Leopardstown where he had The Big Getaway beaten in 4th. He looks an out an out Stayer. I mention the NHC but has De Broomhead ever had one in that ? RSA would be favourite imo for which he's a huge 50/1. 33/1 for the NHC and 20/1 TWAR.

I had him pencilled in for the NHC, but since changed my mind on him and went RSA instead, although only small stakes.

The more I look the more I like. He looks the type that whatever they do hurdling, they will be so much better as a chaser. .....same as The Big Getaway. At 50/1 with cashout he's definitely worth getting on board.
