Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

Ah maybe I’ve mixed you up with Ista who dislikes the merging of race names e.g Churdle

I knew it was someone grumpy but picked the wrong person

I prefer clever arse, rather than grumpy.

Don't get me wrong, the experience is invaluable and it's entirely possible. But he's only needed to jump round.
They all beat dog shit and mushrooms early doors. All about working their way back from March and just getting experience and building their confidence. Most Cheltenham winners will have just 1 maybe 2 meaningful races before the Fez.

        • Beating up on horses rated 30lb below you, to make the horse feel better about himself, is like a 16 year old being put back into primary school to finish top of the class

When he goes back to big school he will still be as good as he was before he had the primary school stint.

His rating hasn’t moved in the last two races, and he’s just beat the runner up for the second t8me in two races, so it’s still going to be 148.

This stinks of a handicap play from the king of-handicaps, so I would expect him to go into a 2M4F to 3M big-pot handicap pretty soon.

If the horses didnt pull out today then it would of been alot more competetive so i doubt the connections had that forsight

              • Really hoping that Felix D puts in a positive performance tomorrow at Killarney. Not bothered if he wins at such short odds but hoping he gets around and looks like he could be an Arkle contender.

The 40/1 with 365 is very generous especially with the cash out option, would be rude not to get involved ! A good round of jumping and an easy win which Is probably expected today at 1/4, what price do we expect him to shorten to ? 20/1 or 16/1? he’s already as short as 25/1 with a lot of firms.

Yes, his price will be halved with B365 should he win well and put in a decent round of jumping They are taking chances offering 40's especially with Gordon talking him up . His Hurdle form stands up against the best of them which makes him real value at current odds

                            40's was way too big.

                            • Eldorado Allen entered in a couple of chases at the weekend. I backed him for the Supreme and the Champion Hurdle so I'll suppose I'll be backing him for the Arkle now too...

                              • Elliott said he does not expect to step up to three miles this season with the Cheveley Park Stud-owned gelding, adding: “I’d imagine if you asked me to put my hand on my heart now, his target in Cheltenham; I’d say it’s the Marsh (Novices’ Chase over two miles and five furlongs).”
