Hello Fat Jockeys,

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

They'll blame the ground rather than the trip, I reckon.
But they can also use the defeat to try him over further now.
If they're convinced he doesn't like soft then I'm not interested in him anymore, as a cheltenham prospect.
He just jumped poorly and was playing catch up.

He flopped big time today so that's not a positive for any trip.

Darver Star's performance was better than Fusil Raffles'?
Yep, He'd have been shit over 100 metres or 10 miles today.
Shit is shit. No matter how far it travels.

One looked longer than the other way my point.

Darver Star - 3rd beaten 9l is better than pulling up.

Gutted I didn't back Eldorado Allen today

Was only 25/1 prior to that race though which wasn't big enough to get excited about.

          Fusil Raffles was pants.
Gumball still that post race, the way he travelled imo i think he would of sauntered on. Waiting to see all the bookies prices remerge but bar Shishkin there isn't too much to get excited about this side of the sea in this division. Mad to even entertain the idea of gumball after how he was on chase debut really but entertain it i am

You'll get 25/1 NRNB about Gumball I reckon at some point.

No rush to get him backed even if you do like him?

I just can't imagine Unexcepted not thrashing that field today, and I think Mullins has two better than him to come yet...

Yeah not disputing that just i'm surprised with gumball more than anything, Shishkin to emerge as is KD. Unexpected find plenty out nto thou impressive he was on debut. Agree thou in no rush hence the entertaining of the idea

              • Fusil seemed to hit a few early and give up the ghost. I dont think the distance was the issue, it was his jumping. I would give him another crack over 2 and take it from there.

Yeah fair point, obviously shouldn't be glad he got beat so far, but more glad they are likely to go out in trip now.

That said I've backed him any race, with the exception of one small multi, so it wouldn't be the end of the world should he run at 2m but I don't think that would give him his best chance.

Tizzard almost certain to send him for the Arkle even if he's beaten 200L next time out based on today lol
He’s definitely an Any Race only proposition.

They talked about him going up on trip but I think he’s a 2miler, jumped his fences just like his hurdles with great speed. However I don’t think he has the genuine ability to be an Arkle horse, Grand Annual or something like that maybe. I don’t see any of those horses dining at the top table so won’t be getting too excited

The Tizzards definitely said in their stable tour that Eldorado Allen is their Arkle horse. They mentioned how much he’s filled out and got stronger over the summer. Injuries permitting, he’ll run in the Arkle.

Hopefully he’ll take up one of the entries, I’m keen to see him over a fence.

And me. You get the impression they think he's going to be very special over fences.
