He’ll have a chance of getting his ground at Naas. Good to yielding on the hurdle course now with rain forecast for Thursday, Friday & Saturday.

Said the same previously in the thread Jack. Guessing the tightish track around Gowran wasn’t seen as suitable as he’s clearly desperate to get a run in.

The Ballymore has been the plan all season. He won't be heading down the AB route.

is that nrnb ? it would be unusual for Henderson to run such a nice prospect in the 3m without testing the waters in grade company and they are running out of time to do this .. it is an unusual year as evidenced by the campaigning of Angels breath and oN the blind side. he was due to run at the previous Chepstow meeting , think missing that and then getting beaten ,, albeit showing great promise might leave Cheltenham as unlikely

I'll ask him tomorrow and find out if his plans have changed.

                  • Also have to bear in mind OM has confirmed Itchy Feet and Thomas Darby for the Supreme. The latter in particular could step up for the Ballymore if they were seriously considering stepping up Brewin’upastorm. Could be some late movements but see it as pretty unlikely

Prob best of asking after sat, if he goes for the ballymore trial and I'd be assuming he'll be beat again in that.

If he's well held again on Sat and finishes his race well enough. What's the point running him in the ballymore?

Could be melon (chelt) / could be moon racer. (Punchestown bumper)

He's an 7yr old I can't imagine they will hold him back for the bumper again.

                              • We surely can’t fancy a horse going into the Albert Bartlett off one run, or even worse a debut. Doubt he runs.
