Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

It was reported by David Jennings. Said that WPM got a call from his vet later that day and reported the ligament problem.

I'm getting my betting slips out of the bin.

    • Ornua will be much more likely to win over an Aintree 2miles than a Cheltenham 2miles. Hopefully HDB runs him there, has done so in the past with others.

      • No wonder Defi’s going JLT

It’s the hope that kills you!

        • I don't want to start to believe.

He's a loser until the day for me. Can't take being shot down again.

Not going to skip such a pathetic looking Arkle though?

The stamina he's already proven certainly a plus in his camp. [Glen Forsa]

Came from way too far off my radar for me to get significantly invested in at this (relative) late stage.

I do have Knocknanus at 20/1 NRNB but I'm in damage limitation mode so what I've backed and what I really fancy don't align anymore! Odd situation.

I actually don't eally fancy anything actually now, so just an odd race all around.

Altior will be quaking in his hoofs if that happens for next season.

Side note, but if a horse like Ornua does win Spring Grade 1's, will Henderson not think he's being bananas to not just mop up grade 1 2 mile chases?

Going to be some decision to trade in a 1/4 shot in a Tingle Creek when the opposition is so poor still.

Not if they fear taking him on?

Why the rest, you only mentioned PP?

With regards to the rest of the bookmakers they think he is out, like we were led to believe, but assume you brought up PP due to their 'links' with the WPM yard, in which case they might not want to take him on, thus no price!

they were happy to take him on before the injury ?

Yeah, when the market was awash with prices for him. It's quite obvious that he was 'the Mullins Arkle horse', they had him cut before every other bookmaker each time there was a cut, you think they wanted to lay him that much?

You think if they knew he would be running that they would be as quick to add him to the market again as they were to take him down from it (the first ones BTW)?

                                They were laying him, obviously.
They've a lot of shops in Ireland, where mullins horses are obviously popular.
I'd reckon that's why they were a little shorter most of the time (not all though, as they were bigger than some during his wait to run period)
