Looking for something to beat him is pure folly.
15/1 e/w
E/W Double with Sir Erec at 98/1
Plenty of love for him from me now with my non-runner-riddled-race

Haven't got any prices yet. I'm a horseracing fan first and foremost not a huge gambler. I would be happy with 14s on the day if he goes here.

Apart from the favourite, all the others in the field have questions marks and it's not beyond probability that Henry's sorted this fella out.
The supreme was shit but this horse looked a chaser all day long, he just hasn't jumped like one so far.
But as an example Defi De Seuil was shocking first time out and now looks quite quick over them and lands running.

You sound like the guy last year who insisted that a particular horse would not be beaten. It was. Elegant Escape, if I recall...

He jumped pants and was still loooking like he'd beat Real Steel, a horse plenty on here have put up for the JLT.
He could go either way jumping wise. I like a novice that doesn't jump foot perfect early on, they learn to deal with errors better which will help them when in better company. But he doesn't seem the most straightforward so it's also likely he'll jump like a pig the rest of his life.
I was happy to back him in the Irish Arkle, but he was NR then, and i'd have rather he ran there and even didn't win just to see if his jumping improved upped in class.
