Quite a fan of glen Rocco, though be surprised if he didn’t find one or two too good in this. Who would ride him?

            • 20/1 tho if the places opened up on the day to 6-7 places good e/w bet

Is he a little (potentially) well handicapped at 3 miles to skip the Ultima?

No idea what his t arget is

What was he raised for his last win? Did it pretty easily. You’d think he’d love finishing up the hill too.

                    He's 137 now

Which would be too low to get him close to some of the horses near the head of this market off level weights... Ok Corral is 153, Impulsive Star is 137 though

                    • Discorama being aimed here?

Discorama won't get a mark of 145 or less so the handicap is out. Paul said before his last race they don't see him as a graded level horse so despite the good run last time out, if that opinion is still held then he definitely wont go RSA leaving this as his only option.

                        • Paul Nolan is favouring a crack at the four-mile National Hunt Novices' Chase with Discorama.

Nolan's six-year-old was a faller at the last when upsides winner Ballyward at Naas last time out, and the County Wexford trainer feels the step up in trip may bring about more improvement.
Over hurdles last season, Discorama finished second to Blow By Blow in the Martin Pipe Conditional Jockeys' Handicap.
"He's in a couple of races (at the Cheltenham Festival), and we haven't made up our minds just yet," said Nolan.
"We probably are edging towards the four-miler, but we won't rule out the RSA for the moment.
"He's got a mark of 145 in Ireland - which would give him top weight in the novice handicap (Close Brothers) - so we'll just leave our options open for a little bit."
A soft-ground Festival would be no problem for Discorama.
Nolan added: "I don't think cut in the ground affects him.
"At Naas the last day over three miles, he didn't really travel early on but he stayed in the race with his jumping.
"More ease in the ground makes it easier for him to travel better. He doesn't mind soft or heavy - he was second in the Martin Pipe last year on very testing ground - so it certainly wouldn't inconvenience him."

                          • Been a fan all year, but a fall before the festival isn't ideal.

Bryan Cooper will be gutted if they go this route.

He would nearly be allowed to ride in this
                                Who would object
