    Absolutely. Really poor from him.

Likely to get close to those prices on the day I imagine with more places.

At least Galvin's put an odd one up. Had to search for the horse and can't see the appeal. Will have to watch the video for his reasoning but he looks like one who's go off higher on the day anyway

              • The amount of times Gavin Lynch this season has said back a horse in his column and then for the same race on upping the ante selects a different horse has been embarrassing, he said Bob and Co on Friday and now says Winged Leader.

He also said Brizka, Ebasari and another one and now says Doctor Brown Bear for the same race.

                There’s probably been more examples.

Think he is highlighting them in his column as ones which are value if you fancy them before they run.. which are probably 95% successful.

Wow, that's an all in job isn't it?

                    I haven't been following but that's a 1/50 shot surely

Has anyone got a list of everything that's been tipped? This thread was well ran last season -

I think he's explained before that his column in the paper highlights horses due to run that weekend whose price will take a tumble if they perform well. I think you're being a tad harsh and considering the knowledge of the man I think your comments are embarrassing

                      • Embarrassing from B365, less than 30 minutes after the show and the 50/1 shot is 20/1.

I’ll bet no more than a handful if any got the bigger price.

calls into question the whole point of the show.

50s was the antepost price, still available at 28s.

The tips they give out I see as just an extra to the show which is already a really good viewing for a racing fan, no one forces you to watch it.

The horse is blue across the board on oddschecker, @ 50/1 liabilities quickly add up, you surely know how popular the programme is and how many people follow him blind. Is it really a surprise?

The show is literally marketed as a Cheltenham antepost vehicle. If the bookmaker sponsoring it cannot accept a few bets at the prices quoted on the show then it’s main raison d’etre has gone.
