More British trained horses at big prices for DJ, when will he learn

Shrewd moves by GL - his list of bets looks quite tasty.

Really enjoy the show. I reckon I could watch the two of them talk about anything and enjoy it.

    • I think the production decision must be for DJ to concentrate on the British horses. If you look at it, it's 2 Irishmen based in Ireland, the Racing Post is a UK racing paper, looking at the size of the UK, 12-13 times the size of Ireland, it must be still selling better across the UK, and it's good marketing to play to your demographic.

When ever GL mentions something specific to Ireland, e.g. St Stephens Day/Nina Carberry dancing on RTE, DJ immediately steps in for the benefit of UK viewers.

GL sounds like a visual version of some on here. He says things that you could read here though 4/5 months back, which is to the credit of all you here. I wonder if GL has Gerri Colombe still in his back pocket?

I think Camprond is a very good shout from DJ, at the price he put him up at. He's a very consistent horse, whose best performances have been the further he has gone. He interests me, for sure.

it's annoying the way their tips can move prices so quickly (mostly cos of the 365 sponsorship tbh) but they really are a very affable pair with good chemistry.

Same with Lydia and Ruby on RTC - I still maintain the episode with the two of them walking the course was one of the best pieces of sporting content I've seen in years

          • That episode with them walking the course was brilliant, hopefully there will show it again pre cheltenham. Completely agree.

I agree, I'm pretty sure DJ has been backing the same horses as GL, but he is there to give a bit of balance. Although I do like Camprond and had backed him before seeing this, but now I'm a bit worried that DJ has put him up lol
