The tips so far do seem very uninspiring, but when we have access to such a great forum - most things that they put up will have been discussed in depth on here already.
Upping The Ante and Road to Cheltenham are my "go-to" weekly programmes, but I have also started to watch "Off The Fence" with Vanessa Ryle, Barry Geraghty and Tony Keenan.
It's not quite up to the entertainment value of the other two, but Tony isn't afraid to give an opinion!!!

However for Gavin to have tipped up 5 horses so far and the biggest price was 10-1 is very poor.

Agreed completely with what he said yesterday about betting on Ronan McNally, Charles Byrnes etc and the shiskin situation.

however on this weeks show he mentioned he has backed Gallopin des Champs at 7/1 and then on the morning of the show he backed Ahoy Senor (8s).
Those have been available at much bigger prices and if he was a shrewd as hes thought to be you'd like to think he'd have got the much bigger prices a lot of this forum have on those two.
Also, Dj always asks him about his betting for the week and the majority of the time it involves some sort of very short priced double or treble.
This week it was Grangee and Gringo D'aubrelle double that "paid for his day out with his mates at Fairyhouse". Its hardly top tipster stuff.
