      You're not Kevloaf opatcho.
Although I do think you may do a better job
      And I love the enthusiasm
Kev might even ask for your help

      And Kev ?
It can be any choice of horse and race target, not just the races they've gone for this week.

Kev will dispatch of DJ no problem, for all he's amusing, he couldn't tip shit off a shovel. GL does quite well in this.

Really? I'd say DJ is a fairly decent judge, Kev is up against it

Yeh over the years GL has proven a far better judge - DJ definitely isn't a profitable tipster.

                  Haha amazing.

I refuse to watch it still, and Saint Roi at 15/2 ......... I already tipped that at much bigger odds

In a case like that, am I allowed to back the same selection or is that not allowed? (Was thinking about a defensive first selection)
                  • I'll crush DJ (Mister Fisher?!) lol.
                  • Lynch has picked a horse at 15/2 that I am the forum flag-bearer for at bigger odds Moral victory in week 1 there!

I'll put my 2 up later.... I've been drinking since I last posted, and will carry on for a couple of hours....

opatcho - I've been quite vocal in how annoying I find it that this show moved the markets, and don't consider either to be better than this forum is in terms of giving value ante post for Cheltenham. Hence the challenge, as some people doubt that

I didn't always watch it last season.

How many did they do? Always 1 each per week?

                    6 winners

                    Simply the Betts 16/1
                    Dame de Compagnie 14/1
                    Al Boum Photo 4/1
                    Envoi Allen 11/4
                    Aramax 14/1
                    Min 8/1
                    Champ 7/2

                    7 second placed finishes

                    Galvin 20/1
                    Appreciate It 14/1
                    Billaway 12/1
                    Fakir Doudairies 8/1
                    Sharjah 33/1
                    Aspire Tower 20/1
                    The Storyteller 16/1

                    4 third placed finishes

                    Hold The Note 16/1
                    Allmankind 7/1
                    A Plus Tard 16/1
                    Fury Road 16/1

I think Kev can beat them but it's a lot better than I thought they would have done.
In my head I thought it would be a bit of a penalty kick.

That said he still bangs on about finishing 3rd in fantasy football about 6 years ago...
Are we sure we want him to win...we'll never hear the end of it

Is it not better if Kev picks one? Surely he's at a disadvantage picking two and it needs to be a fair fight!

Yeah Kev needs to pick 1 so it's Kev vrs GL vrs DJ.

I do really enjoy upping the ante and I don't think it's fair to compare it to something like this forum as it's just a completely different format.

If it's not this it will be something else
How is this settled, on most winners or on profit? as if it's winners there isn't really an incentive to go for value.

The point is that they shouldn't move the market.

Nothing wrong with enjoying it, it's just about them moving the market.

I'll utilise the forum and do better

It's not "them" moving the market as such. It's the platform they are given by being put out there on the racing posts YouTube and wider social media channels that causes the market move.

It's the same way whatashout moves the market for a main fancy every Friday whether that's on the flat or jumps.

Let's say you were replaced with Gavin Lynch and you done what he does and that was put out there on the racing posts channel. You would also move the markets. Sure Gavin Lynch doesn't even have any other form of social media so it's not like he's Paul Kealy or anyone in that he would somewhat have his own following.
