Not a race (given it's importance and position in the week) that I'll get too carried away about ....

I maintain, the 7/1 NRNB (and even 5/1 NRNB now) is an absolutely superb use of the concession for Royal Kahala.


Plenty of Willie's horses were really well backed this weekend, and they've flip flopped in the market, which to me, suggests the Mullins team aren't expecting to win this race?

In all seriousness I don't think the result is all that much of a shock. I mean there were doubts from many beforehand, obviously couldn't have seen Roseys Hollow winning (although the money came), personally, but I'm sure some shrewdie out there backed her.

Hook Up very much back in the frame based on that for me, given her much improved performance at the weekend, and I'm still not giving up on Finest Evermore either!
