    • 1 of e/w on Magic Daze at 20/1.

3rd behind Gallard Du Mesnil looks pretty decent as the 2nd has come out and won(beating Glens of Atrim 4 lengths)

I don’t think her win last time out was up to too much however the 3rd (who was 30 lengths back) came out and won next time out in a handicap carrying top weight

In a race with no standout there is worse form lines to have a crack with.

      • 1pt @ 20/1 NRNB Telmesomethinggirl (TMSG)

Tony Keenan mentioned her yesterday on OffTheFence, which prompted me to have a look and subsequently back her. From the 1hr mark for those that want to see what he said - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mZE3dDsrCag

Lots of question marks at the top of the market IMO.

Royal Kahala is already in the book, but disappointed last time out I don't like that Cheltenham appeared 50/50.
Hook Up doesn't jump well enough to win around Cheltenham IMO.
Rosey's Hollow is interesting, but plenty short enough.
I don't think Gauloise disappointed last time out, I think she just ran her race and wasn't good enough.
The Glancing Queen is a very good horse, I just can't shake that Exeter performance and I think the Irish hand will be stronger.
        I've backed Glens Of Antrim.
Skyace might want it a lot softer than it will be, so I think the ground might be against her, but she's interesting.
Then you are into 16/1 plus territory.

If Henry and Rachel are having a good week I can see a price tumble, so happy to get her in the book now

She’ll run in the Mares’ Novices' Hurdle. Things went against her on her latest start at Leopardstown and that was a fair run considering it was her first run for a while. I think she’ll improve from that and I could see her running well..... Henry on the ATR Stable Tour

Can't have Hook Up on jumping but bet Glens Of Antrim. GOA the worst jumper of the lot she jumps like a wardrobe.

            • You might not need to jump well anyway this race with their being hardly any hurdles towards the end of the race, Hook Up finished like a train last time i can see her winning this. I always like that Grade 1 at DRF as a pointer towards the festival.

You didn't like that did you

Neither Hook Up or GOA are foot perfect over hurdles, far from it, but GOA has improved steadily over obstacles and last time out at Naas was comfortably her best jumping performance. She gets in close to one and makes a mistake at the last, but it was a great round of jumping barring those two blips. She's clearly improving over obstacles, and most importantly, at the time, she was nearly 3 times the price of Hook Up, so from an ante post perspective she seemed to be the right play.

That’s fair, but I can’t understand why you’re not currently getting blown across Cleeve Hill....

The ground will be in her favour big time

I do like a mare that runs with the opposing sex, especially in decent races. However, I do think they went a tad slow the last day at DRF. Happy to be on double figures however, if I was selecting on the day then I would be going back in and picking something to take her on

Seems like Gaulouise has been forgotten abit after Hook Up's impressive DRF run against the boys and all the money for Glens of Antrim this week. The market are mad keen for her but I dont think there is going to be much between the 3.
