Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

I couldn't help myself and asked Sky/WH. Apologies in advance...

Seems quite generous imo, I know she’s only had the one run (ptp aside) but couldn’t have looked any more impressive.
Apologies if she’s been mentioned but Kapard looks overpriced tomorrow for a horse who is unbeaten and her form was given an almighty boost at Cheltenham in a G2 just last week...

ps I can’t see Kapard quoted for the Mares novice but no doubt a positive showing tomorrow and she might enter equations

Was just having this very thought, then also went on to notice she isn't priced up for the festival anywhere that I can see. Henry dB doesn't have anything for the race yet so what am I missing?!

        • I think if she is going to be a MNH contender, Gauloise has to win tomorrow. In receipt of 10lbs & her main rival wanting a further trip 6/5 is a great price to get in some roll-ups IMO

          • What price do we think she’ll go tomorrow if & when she does the business?

I guess December is still early for challengers to be confirmed for this type of race, one good performance and you get a 10/1 quote.
Entirely possible HDB doesn’t know how good she could be and there’s still plenty of improvement but the same can be said for most I suspect....

I very much doubt she’ll go Fav unless it’s Uber impressive - Maybe 7/1?

Oddly they are both (Shewearsitwell and Gauloise) and 9.4 to back on betfair

Oh yeah I was forgetting about the setback with SWIW. Looking forward to tomorrow - all aboard the Gauloise train!

                    • Lobos I’ve gone all Honeysuckle with Gauloise

Expecting a huge run, trainer of Sayce says the drop in trip is far from ideal. Conceding 10lbs to a Mullins mare should not be allowed but it is. She is now odds on which is what I expected. The 5/4 11/8 on offer was big, 2.05 will hopefully tell us more.

If she doesn’t win it’s bubble burst imo.

                      • Kapard and Mighty Blue both have live chances so Gauloise will have to be putting on an improved performance to win

                        • You know life is getting pretty bleak and desperate when the highlight of your day is a novice handicap hurdle at Thurles at 2.30. 5 days to go to Christmas and I’ve been counting down the hours to the start since 8am

                            • Job done very nicely. She looks like she's got loads more improvement in her as well.

                              • Nice win, didn’t scream festival winner given she was given so much weight by some but better to have a 1 next to her name than not

edit: said as if I didn’t have an extra point on her pre-race
