As long as the ground isn’t looking like coming up soft I’d be strong on Act of Valour in the Fred Winter. We know this is the aim, Nicholls certainly knows how to win this and I’d be sure he’s better than his mark.

Do we know it’s definitely the aim? I think Nicholls said yesterday it’s unlikely any of his will run in the Triumph but didn’t rule it out completely.

If he lines up Barters Hill @33/1 for the coral cup.

Undoubtedly better over 2.5 than 3, looked slick over his hurdles on his return where he got tired in deep ground over 3.
                Great mark of 142

I’m not sure he’s said it explicitly but I think it’s all but confirmed. The exchanges would suggest so to.

Sam TD said on the racing post podcast last Monday that he was the handicap horse he was most looking forward to riding in the Fred Winter saying it was a decent mark

                      RSA - Shattered Love.

Cross Country - COC or Josies Orders.

Fred Winter - Act Of Valour (thanks to everyone on here ;-)), Sussex Ranger & Mitchouka.

Bumper - Hollowgraphic, Rhinestone & Didtheyleaveuoutto.

So do I. The Aintree run looks very good in hindsight.
