Given that most people on here still want to concentrate on Cheltenham, why not do a monthly ante post yankee for the forum. Doesn't have to be big money with the prices on offer, and it would maintain a good level of interest and chatter throughout the year. If just one paid off it could be a nice pick up, if not it keeps the forum ticking over with ideas.

Scooby,
I think you put up De Bon Coeur for the Champion Hurdle as an outside chance she’d come but was a big price if she did NRNB.
Did you see her win that good race at Auteil on Sunday?
Her jockey never moved.
Such a shame she never came over

Just a thought on the idea of ap yankees for the fez, maybe it would be a good idea to look at the championship races first, make our initial choice one where we can be reasonably sure of targets, then add in other races with less obvious ones, but decent prices, as the year progresses. If we agree regularly on selections I don't think it matters if we end up with more than one a month, it's up to the individual how much they spend, if you want to do a 20p yankee it's a couple of quid, probably not for most of us but the options there, what does everyone think, ideas are flowing already, we may as well try to tie them in, then we can mix n match

Maybe the 1st of every month
I’m open tbh. The idea of Cheltenham Yankees throughout the year was a good one. Keeps interest on the forum high over the summer.Last edited by Middle_Of_March; 28 March 2018, 07:03 PM.

Gold cup PP/might Bite
Champ hurdle BVD/Melon
QM Altior/?
Stayers Penhill/Supasundae
Only initial suggestions obviously, I'm fully open to starting with shorties, or longer priced ones, or one of each, just wanna build up a good portfolio of bets using a cross section of chances
