Duc Des Geniervres"He’s entered in all the novice hurdles and a few of the handicaps too. Noel Fehily rode him the last day and felt that he needs to go a longer trip. I imagine he might go for the Albert Bartlett, as that might suit his connections better than the Ballymore, but he could go for either one."
Suit his connections more?
They have Real Steel who's "confirmed" for the Ballymore
but
they have Chef Des Obeaux for the Albert Bartlett and possible Fabulous Saga... ?

There are a lot more comments from the same day which are quite a bit less commital than that sounds...
Such as Kev I'd be interested to see other comments? This is what Kevin Blake reported:
"The Ballymore looks to be the race for him. It was a messy race last time. A lot of people were saying that he wasn’t impressive, which he probably wasn’t to look at, but I thought the race itself didn’t work out like a championship race in terms of the pace. It is likely to be a different ball game at Cheltenham and that will suit him a lot better."
I honestly don't mind if he ends up here (AB) despite having a couple of points on him for the Ballymore today (not NRNB), but based on what I've seen I reckon it's got to be at least 80/20 he ends up there now. Unless Willie is having a proper wind up
i think this race goes to very untidy horses who end up just galloping on better than the others. that being said i think ballyward has a big chance. has never ran over further than 2m4f (bar a p2p) but is the furthest thing from smooth and looks like one that could just keep galloping on in a real slog of a race. mullins said at the media day that this looks to be the race for him so he must think he'll stay. 20-1 with 365 looks value to me.

I think Twitter lends itself to "headline only" news - so because he said the words Albert Bartlett, he got backed/cut for the race.... I actully would be AGAINST him in the Albert Bartlett.... for me he would not have enough experience or proof he wants to battle and there are some strong horses in the market and it looks quite deep IMO.
I'd give him a chance in the Supreme and place chances in the Ballymore though. He isn't a superstar that much is evident so I think the price he is now, is too short.

For anyone that DOES like Duc Des Genievres he's 12/1 Any Race with Coral..... (best price NRNB is Supreme 14s, Ballymore 12s and Albert Bartlett 8s)

Took the 75’s on offer on exchanges for the supreme, chanced it!
He’s been impressive in his last two runs against horses who will win the Ballymore and AB (Samcro and Cracking Smart for me).
Is Blow by Blow in the mix or does he go the hcp route? Chris's Dream looked good and HdB mentioned him in the same terms as Monalee for this race. Ive already got Cracking Smart and Duc D G running for me but now Im doing small stakes multi selection e/w 5 folds for fun I'm looking elsewhere for dangers. This race looks open to me now. Blow by blow / Chriss Dream are two hotpots
I would love to see Blow By Blow go for this. He looks like he wants 5 miles so the further the better. I think the Albertt Bartlett would really suit him.
