What do you guys who go to the festival do for food when you're there? I'm thinking of spending some of my winnings from yesterday on some club tickets for the Wednesday, however I can't bare the though of queuing for food with that amount of people
I have breakfast at the hotel before. But I do also eat at the course. The que for pizza is horrendous. But The rest is all pretty plain sailing near the parade ring.
Prices aren't too bad, on a par with any other racecourse iv been to.

Not a bad shout that BC. Can you even get in the door in those during the Fes?
Yes , been going for a few years , it's busy , but you can still find a table and get food.. We go to the one at the end of the Mall
called " the Moon over the water" i think.

Yeah the pizza queue was bad enough yesterday. Tbf as you say the prices are no worse then anywhere else.

If I get down for it i'll give that a go. Cheers BC
I plan to eat at my hotel (booked a holiday inn and paid for breakfasts and dinners in advance in Bristol), get a train into Cheltenham and buy something small like a hot dog at the course.
Whilst I know it’ll be ridiculous prices like at Ascot and epsom, I also know if I’ve had an early winner, I won’t be able to resist the smell of something at the course.
There's a Mac and Cheese truck either near the paddock or outside the Guinness Village that is pretty decent and you get a fair size portion. Pizza's are also good but like Scooby says prepare to queue - if you went after a race you'd be lucky to get back for the next race!
In terms of breakfasts in town - everywhere will be busy but as long as you're prepared to squeeze in you'll be fine

Now that is a point.
I did see the Mac and Cheese truck yesterday Jono but went for the BBQ truck instead
