Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Just had a quick look at the races website. The weights are revealed today. But I'm not sure if we get to see them today or tomorrow. Confusing me as well.

    • Think they're out today. After a quick search only reference I could find was in this article from the Guardian that says they're out today: https://www.theguardian.com/sport/20...n-horse-racing

      • You'd imagine betfair wouldn't be having their preview evening before the weights are announced, and their preview is tonight.

          • Consul De Thaix 10-6 for the Coral Cup, he was the one I was waiting for initially. Hope he gets in now, needs a few to pull out!

Hargam needs 6 (I think) to pull out to get in the County off a really light weight.

I'd be surprised if the top 3 weighted horses run in the Fred Winter which would leave Divin Bere near top weight, unsure what the trends are with top weighted horses in this race.

Presenting Percy has a huge weight for the Pertemps, whatever they were trying to do with his mark it hasn't worked, Mall Dini won it off 10-11 last year!

            • Some interesting weights in there

If Hargam gets in he looks a featherweight to me

                • Some Interesting ones for me...The Storyteller appeals as a definite back to lay in the Martin Pipe, Elliot wants this race badly, and he looks a very talented individual. 7/1 NRNB...considering Squouateur went off 9/4 and to my eye has nothing like the form of TS this could go very short.

Al Boum Photo would be another for the race, if connections decided to go there rather than Neptune or AB he has a nice racing weight, and could be quite talented.

                  • Romain De Senam and Brother Tedd unlikely to get a run in the novice handicap chase

                    • Diamond King has to go off fav for the plate. I think he could beat most of those above him off level weights.

You think FM? RDS 28th on the list and max 20? Have no real idea what number on the initial list would have made it last year.

                        • Hargam needs 6 to come out, but Movewithtetimes will be going for the Supreme and Tombstone for the CH, so there are two straight away. Every chance Charbel will be chasing as well. And Ballyandy wont go for this. And surely they wont waste their time bringing that dodgepot Labaik over?

Think he will get in fine

Yep, really surprised he's not been clobbered with more weight as he's looked more of a plot than others who have been treated more harshly in the past. He'll be no price on the day though so will need to get stuck in early if backing
