Annoyingly I can see JP wanting Edwulf in this now, rather than the 4 miler

I'm disappointed CI misses out. I was really getting into him over past few weeks. Only had 2pts on him so far and He was in a Yankee with Yanworth, DDS and NW so could still pull off that
I had 4 pts on Might Bite at 12/1 and 1pt at 6/1 which I didnt fancy as the race got closer but now some of the dangers are falling away
Just debating if ADO price will collapse or take the 6/1 i can get off SkyBet

Very poor race. I Miss Barters Hill. He would have been 4/6 for this.
Wouldn't give Edwulf a chance, American need soft ground... if its soft, I'll back on the day. Same with Aca Bou (but already on NRNB at 16s)
Whisper I took without NRNB at 20/1 when the comments about his target came up (was on NRNB for JLT was "used that stake" at the risk of losing it as the vibes started leaning this way - you can now see why?!).
33s for Royal Vacation straight after his handicap win.
16s, 12s and 8s for ADO each time he kept drifting.
Took Bellshill at 12s NRNB which is still there recently and think he is too big a price.
Might Bite at 12s and 8s
Barters Hill at 25s and 14s (any race)
Aux Ptit Soins at 12 (any race though)
I took 50/1 Balko Des Flos with Betfair who were standout at the time.... they're now 66/1 NRNB haha but obviously one of the better races from a punting perspective
Looking forward to this race to be honest, rubbish as it is. I can only see ADO emerging as a genuine Gold Cup contender... and that isn't particularly likely. I suppose if anything won convincingly they'd be in next years mix... but you would want 50/1 bigger for any of these now in next years Gold Cup wouldn't you.

Not sure why it's in here rather than the 4 miler but Vintage Cloud could be interesting. I backed him ew in the Haydock National trial and he was finishing better than anything but that was over a bit further than this. I'm wondering if the Smith yard have a plan to utilize his stamina and better ground to make it even more of a test than normal. They had Brian Hughes on board at Haydock and the feedback may have been to go for this and force the pace, rather than his usual sit in midfield, would like to see Hughes on board ideally, but if the plan is as described then Danny Cook is an excellent judge of pace, big price if he turns up. Tbh I was thinking he may be out on the Saturday in the Midlands Nash, but will have a small interest if he traps up here
