ADO has the best hurdles form, but I am a huge fan of Barters Hill for this. Not many horses that I'll back off a cliff, as it is a game of opinions and only a moron doesn't change an opinion in light of clear, new evidence... however, that being said, I am a moron for Barters Hill.

I could write a book on mine over the years Kevloaf, blind love even made me back Dunguib in the Coral Cup as an 11yo carrying 12st a couple of years back, made 16s decent value, should've been 160s !
          We keep battling...

Really hoping that Aux Ptit Sons goes for this and he's my ante post choice, I know some mentioned the JLT for him but hopefully now altior has confirmed for chasing that will scare some out of the arkle and into the JLT making it a race filled with talent and chances which Nicholls won't want to put AUS in to, thinkthe horse could see the trip out really well if jumping a fence

Nicholls has said APS is a future Gold Cup horse so you'd be disappointed if he couldn't make a mark in some races this season.... one that I'm scared of for sure ...

The Barters Hill love in a bit over done ? I know he had an issue before the fez but best form on ground different than he will get in March ?

I think he has some decent good ground form, I remember his Aintree bumper win when he battled hard and wouldn't let Belshill past and they pulled a mile clear of some good horses.
He is probably an owners dream in that he's versatile on ground and track and is an old fashioned scrapper who tries all day for you...

So ADO about to go off in the next at Tipperary. Started at odds on and drifted quite a bit. Could need the run perhaps and the may be a tad on the short side. With Willies Westerner Lady having experience and fitness on side it wouldn't surprise me if he got beat. Part of me wants that as I could get a bigger price but be nice to see him show he can get his head in front..

Since started writing he's now come into odds on again

Well beaten but over a trip far shorter than ideal. The betting suggested he wasn't expected to win having drifted from odds on in the morning.

It was an OK introduction but no better than that.

He jumped fairly well from what I could see. Would have to assume it is fitness because he has 'proven' his engine last season.

Hard to be positive but I wouldn't be overly critical. Pushed out to 12/1 with SJ... that is a bit of an over reaction isn't it?
