Anyone got thoughts on this, Trainer pretty bullish about Next sensation, would like to include something from here in doubles/trebles before the bigger prices dry up, I know gambles come late in this, just looking to anticipate which they may be, simple as that
This race over the last few years has seen horses who have good Cheltenham form. Also who has done well in previous year race. I have a horse who is 25/1 in Croco Bay for this. Ran well to come 3rd last year. Hoping he will have another good run this year in this.
He's a pound higher than last year so you have to ask whether this years race is a weaker renewal by around 5lb, I don't know the answer to that.
If you know the horse is heading to the race then it's not a bad bet at all, there'll be worse 25s shots during the week.
The race tends to go to older horses too so there's a key trend in his favour....

Perhaps most impressive of all is the restrained preparation Pauling has given his Grand Annual candidate, Raven’s Tower, unseen in public for four months. “He’s very good fresh, he jumps brilliantly, the faster they go, the better. He just could be weaving his way through after two-out. I expect him to be jumping the last somewhere in contention.”

Bit of money going for Croco Bay today I see. Quite a bit of blue about on him. Hope he not being tipped up at a preview n right. Don't want it jinxed lol.
Good to see Croco into 20/1. I've got him at 80 on the exchange. Mind you along with Modus @ 95 in the County they're the only two to have worked out.
Still if either comes in I will have a good weekend.
