but would like to NRNB 1st
Some bookies are offering a price about winning any race at the festival, you'll lose some value with price but at least you don't have the dilemma of guessing racing plans....

I've had a little go on Champagne West for the Plate. His first run of the season was quite impressive behind Village Vic giving plenty of weight.

Current mark of 152 doesn't leave much room to manouvre LR.
He was raised 2lb for that defeat by Village Vic at Cheltenham, if he were to get his head in front between now and March I don't think he'd qualify, I think the Plate has a ceiling of 155....

Might have some spare change on a Mullins/Ricci day 1 6-fold..

              Min - Supreme
              Douvan - Arkle
Vroum Vroum Mag - Ultima Business Solutions Handciap Chase (unlikely target but are they keeping her to hurdles to keep chase mark down?)
              Faugheen - Champion Hurdle
              Annie Power - Mares Hurdle
              Pont Alexandre - 4 Miler

It was just something I spotted. I know how Ricci has said he would like to win all four championship races but imagine the scenes if he were to win the first 6 races of the festival. Think the 6 fold pays around 2700/1

That 4 championship races thinking is what has been behind my suggestion of Vautour for the Champ chase, rather than 2 in the Gold cup, and dropping to 2 miles for a championship race rather than the less prestigious Ryanair

                    • Have backed VVM for Ryanair and Annie Power for World Hurdle in Bet365 NRNB double. Expect one or other will run in Mares so bet will revert to single but will trade much lower than NRNB price.

                        Min-supreme
                        Faugheen-champion hurdle
                        Un De Sceaux-champion chase
                        Vautour- gold cup NRNB
                        Douvan-arkle
                        Up For Review-Albert Bartlett

What do you think so far and any suggestions for the last 2? Was thinking maybe limini and Shaneshill. Thoughts are welcome please.

                          • There's a rumour on twitter that Limini is out for the season. Hopefully just a rumour though.

                            • I heard the same today Faugheen yet shes being cut in the betting by 4 firms including Paddg Power whom have their ear to the ground usually with the Mullins horses. If shes out its a blow to my ante post bets but scandalous if these firms are cutting the odds anyway to fool punters. We'll find out soon enough!!
