The final declaration of runners and riders for the 2013 Triumph Hurdle will not be until 13 March but we thought we would have an early look at the likely runners and riders for the juvenile hurdlers championship race.
Since the introduction of the Fred Winter Hanicap Hurdle four year olds have an alternative Cheltenham Festival target and we would expect many of the horses with racing post ratings between 130 and 140 to head for the newer race.
The most tipped horses on the Cheltenham Preview Night circuit have been Dessie Hughe’s Our Conor, Nicky Henderson’s Rolling Star and Paul Nicholl’s Far West. Here is ATR’s race preview:
